Romantic Wooden Pier / Jetty with Thatched Gazebo Available

Having been asked over and over by visitors, I have now packaged the romantic gazebo on display at the shop, and its available for immediate purchase. In fact I've just packaged it, and am writing this blog update, and already one has been sold :)

I will miss the romantic scenes at the shop ... yes some couples get quite involved :)

SPRING !!! Sculpted Plant Patches now available!

Surprise your loved one with a beautiful patch of spring flowers.

Now available for purchase at ZA Marine for only L$99, it this highly configurable plant (or flower) patch!

Do it in style - these aren't ugly cheap-looking flat textures, its a professionally sculpted form which gives the flowers 3D "volume". The 3D depth of the volume is a user-definable option in our menu-system (easy to use for non-builders too).


This product is designed to compliment any garden or natural area. It is created as a sculpted prim which has natural distortions. When placed correctly this gives the effect of naturally growing organic plant life. It looks BEAUTIFUL on a brick wall as a creeper.


These work great when pushed into a wall or the ground to give the illusion of creeping plants or flowers. Additionally, we have included a few different textures built-in so you can choose between a few variations of the same flower pattern, as well as growing moss, creeping green plant, and flowers only (eg if you want to place it over an existing hedge.


The product also has a built-in particle emitter which can be set to emit one of two flower types at different densities. or disabled.

They are no-copy. no-mod but include our special zero-lag menu system with configurable options. With the menu you can :

1) Modify the size. Size options are 3m, 5m, 8m or 10m - all square.

2) Modify the height / pattern 3D depth. Use the Height+ button to cycle through height settings. Height can be changed 0.2m, 0.4m, 0.6m, 0.8m and 1m.

3) Change the texture. Texture+ button cycles through the 9 textures.

4) Repeats+ cycles the number of times the texture repeats over the surface, the range is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11,13, 15,17 and 19.

5) Particles+ cycles through the particle emitter options - these are :
- No Particles
- 1 Pink Flower every 4 seconds
- 5 Pink Flowers every 4 seconds
- 5 Pink Flowers every 2 seconds
- 1 Yellow Flower every 4 seconds
- 5 Yellow Flowers every 4 seconds
- 5 Yellow Flowers every 2 seconds

6) DeleteMENU option removes the menu. The menu is only accessible to the owner. Use this only if you are sure you have set it up correctly and won't need to change any options. This option was added so you can remove the menu to prevent accidentally loading the menu by accidental clicks. You will be asked to confirm you wish to remove it. The menu can be accessed again bu TAKE-ing the object to inventory and re-rezzing it.

A SL FIRST!!! 1 Prim for 3 Palm Trees !!! Lowest Prim Trees in SL !!!

Yes, you read the title correctly! ... ZA Marine has just released another SL first!!! This is a group of 3 palm-trees for the prim cost of only ONE PRIM !!! So thats 1/3 of a prim per palm :))) ... move over linden trees !!!

So you can now replace your linden palms with these, and reclaim 66% of your prims for other use!!!



To get a feel for what you can do with 10 of these, I have used only 8 or perhaps 9 (if i add one more) at my shop demo island (picture above), so please come have a look.

And they are not temp-on-rez rubbish (which SERIOUSLY lags your sim!). This is a standard sculpted prim.

LOL ... forget those 10/13/16 prim palm trees ... for one 13 prim palm, you could have 39 palms like this - thats enough to fill an island!

And don't underestimate the importance of saving prims - prims are the SL commodity.

I don't have to tell you how fast palms eat into your prims when you have beaches to fill! I had the same issue, that's exactly why I spent days sculpting this. I replaced most of 1 Prim Linden trees on my low-prim sim with these babies, and I ended up with more foliage and claimed back 80 prims to use elsewhere !!!

Understanding the limitations of sculpts and texturing them, originally I created these more for 3D backing-filling areas (expecting some minor quality issues up close) - like if you'd like to create some dense palm areas on your property, BUT they came up better than I expected, so I now use them all over - up close and far. JUST LOVE THEM!

These are being sold as a single group of 3 palms (1 prim) if you'd like to try it out or have a small spot, or in a box of 10 - so 10 x 3 palm groups = 30 Palm tree trunks!!! For the 10x box, you pay the price of 8 individuals, so 2 are free. If you want to talk hundreds, drop me a notecard (or try IM) in-world.




Also there are 2 slightly different shapes, the box of 10 include 5 of each shape, while individually you can only buy the one shape for now.

And as with my other stuff, they're only for sale because people nag me for them and also wanted to get prims back, so I listed them too.

Don't under-estimate how important each prim is when decorating! Rather save the higher-prim builds for you interior up-close decor.

So to be clear, that means it takes only ONE of your precious prims on your parcel for 3 palms!

The palms are no mod, no copy, but each has an adjustable size (via my lag-free menu). Size can be set to 3m, 5m, 7m, 8m, 9m, or 10m. The adjustable size with position and rotation abilities mean you can fill a massive area without seeing repeats. Also, sometimes it works better to 'bury' them a little. You need to experiment.

NOTE: Please view these palms at my shop ZA Marine @ Kijiji display. They use transparent textures on sculpts - which is not 100% in SL yet - you will see some transparency as you cam around the palms as SL battles to decide which of the 2 palms is in front or back. There are bugs being worked on in SL to improve the sculpt issues. The fronds (leaves) are also not very high detailed and fragmented on closeup. You can see it in the photo too. But in a natural scene they look great - you decide. Anyway, you could try one first, but most folks are SO happy with the prims they save for re-use elsewhere they love it. These are also a nice style of palms.

Highly Detailed Sculpted Rocks with 24 textures

We have released ONE PRIM sculpted rocks. Don't under-estimate how important low prim detailed items are when decorating!

There are 2 different rocks for sale : one transforms itself to 3 shapes, while the other it a complex rock group. These 2 rock styles are very adaptable and are the only shapes you'll need. These are the same rocks I use all over my home sim and other builds.



You can rotate the rocks for different effects as it has sculpted dents in the form, I use it in various rotations at different places.

These are GREAT beach-fillers!!! And make great gifts too (Use the 'Deliver as a gift' button on SL Exchange to send as a gift). All rocks are no mod, no copy.

I have added a menu system to allow some options to be set. With the menu, you can do most of what you could do in a modifiable rock but without the complexity of the toolbox (great for non-builders!). First of all, I'd like to suggest you be VERY careful buying an object with menu's as the menu listeners run all the time causing lag on your sim, but I have coded this to be entirely lag free when not in use. (So be sure to check that with other vendors first).


Rounded Rock (1 Prim):

This rock has three shapes which it morphs to by its built-in zero-lag menu, so in itself its very flexible : These are : Rounded, Flat, and Oblong.




The menu options are:

• Shape (choose from Rounded, Flat, or Oblong)
• Size (choose 3m, 5m, 8m, or 10m rocks)
  eg. 10m = 10x8x6m high if rounded, else 10x8x3 high if flat, else 10x5x4 for oblong.
• Dry / Wet option, as these work well near / in water, I have a Wet option which adds a low shine to the rock
• Texture+ : I added 24 rock textures !!! So use this button to cycle through them. You are bound to find something to suit your build. The pictures only show a few.
• Repeats+ : Use this option to 'size' the texture larger or smaller - it cycles through 10 texture sizes.

Rock Group (1 Prim):

It's perfect for a beach area or near a pond, and I suggest you place it so its half sunken in sand etc. Specially this shape, as it then looks like a crop of rocks.



You can rotate the rock upside-down in which case you will have a more rounded rock, I use it like that too. These are REALLY nice sunken into the sand at the waters edge, and you can use many of these right next to each other (see my shop display) simply by rotating and tilting them they fit perfectly.

The menu options are:

• Size (choose 3m, 5m, 8m, or 10m rocks) eg. 10m = 10x10x5.5m high
• Dry / Wet option, as these work well near / in water I have a Wet option which adds a low shine to the rock
• Texture+ : I added 24 rock textures !!! So use this button to cycle through them. You are bound to find something to suit your build. The pictures only show a few.
• Repeats+ : Use this option to 'size' the texture larger or smaller - it cycles through 10 texture sizes.

Sculpted Torch - Only 2 Prims each!

This is a 2 PRIM (sculpted) torch. Don't under-estimate how important low prim objects are when decorating!

That means it takes only 2 of your precious prims on your parcel !

Wooden Dinghy (Rowing / Sail Boat) - 1 Prim !!!

This is a ONE PRIM (sculpted) wooden dinghy !!! Don't under-estimate how important that is when decorating!

That means it takes only ONE of your precious prims on your parcel ! And oh sooo detailed.

It is for decoration only, it does not 'work' / sail. It's perfect for a beach area or near a pond, and I suggest you place it so its half sunken in sand etc.
